Adolescent Resource Center Hub of Maricopa County (ARCH-MC) respects the privacy of its listing providers, end users and visitors to its web site.

What Information Does ARCH-MC Collect?
Most data ARCH-MC collects is to help ARCH-MC better serve the web site's end users, listing providers and visitors. ARCH-MC's general policy is to collect and store only the information that listing providers, general users and visitors knowingly provide.
  • From General Users:
    ARCH-MC does not collect any personal information from users browsing its web site. Users to the public areas of the ARCH-MC's web site browse anonymously. Aggregate data knowingly provided by general users on feedback surveys, such as the number of times the general user accesses web site to obtain information, are collected. Aggregate data are used only for internal purposes and do not provide any personally identifying information.

  • From ARCH-MC Listing Providers:
    ARCH-MC asks listing providers to register using a personal user name and password for initial formatting of their publicly viewed listing. The username and password allows listing providers full access to update, and/or delete personal and professional information. Listing providers purposely, knowingly and voluntarily submit personal and professional data for publication.
How Does ARCH-MC Use Data Collected?
ARCH-MC uses information voluntarily submitted in the following ways:

  • ARCH-MC Surveys
    Generally, ARCH-MC uses data collected to improve its own Web site content; to respond to visitors' interests' and to develop new products and services.

  • Disclosure to Third Parties
    At this time, ARCH-MC does not rent, sell or disclose stored information to third parties.

  • Online Transactions
    It is ARCH-MC's commitment to protect your personal information when using ARCH-MC's website for online shopping payment options.
